THE STORY OF JUNETOBER SCENTS
Junetober Scents, founded in 2020 by Devan Pennington, emerged from a personal journey of healing and remembrance. Seeking comfort after the loss of her grandmother and mother, Devan discovered the profound connection between scent and emotional well-being. Inspired by the nostalgic aromas of her upbringing, from her grandmother's perfume to her mother's baked goods, she began crafting candles to evoke those cherished memories.
Moved by the peace these scents brought her, Devan created Junetober Scents to share this solace with others navigating grief. The name honors her matriarchs, combining her grandmother's birth month, June, and her mother's, October. At Junetober Scents, we foster a community dedicated to healing through the power of memory and scent, supporting each individual's journey with the warmth and comfort of our candles.
